Today’s task is remove the Sasser worm. Probably some stupid freakin’ kid in a basement cooked this damned thing up. Had too much to eat at Yes Buffet. Zang, Jim, Nyasha and myself went over to grab some grub. Too much heavy Chinese food. After all the worms and all the food I’m ready for a nap.
Man, sometimes nothing cleanses the mind like rigorous activity. I took a nice long bike ride today after work at the shop. With so much of my days spent in front of a computer screen, I can sometimes feel like my mind if numb after eight hours. Bicycling gets much needed oxygen flowing again to that deprived part of my body (my brain). Now that it’s out of the shop and back in working order I hope to ride it as much as possible.
